It lightens up the mood, it brightens up the day. Not just for you but for others that passes you by. SMILE is contagious. It's so easy to give that you almost need not make an effort to do so. And it comes back twice as nice because in your heart you knew that you shared something. You knew that you are not a snob and the other person knows it. And you knew that somehow you have a friend in that person for returning it.

It is very seldom that a smile is not given back. What are you to lose to smile? In fact there is everything to gain. You relax your facial muscles, you practice humanity, you encourage friendship, you pass common good, you make your day happier, you contribute to a peaceful society, you make others feel as good as you feel.

You are not seeing that someone face-to-face and yet you can still share a smile. Share SMILE QUOTES that can travel down the wire and make the heart fuller, send a message with a smiley to go with it in your mobile phones or websites for it to represent you, talk with a smile in your face though just on the phone for that someone at the other end of the line to hear the smile in your voice.

FUN TIME, BOND TIME

Relationships cannot last without friendship. And within friends there always is a common ground. Mine would be paintball guns!

There's nothing more fun than gooing around with friends. And it has always been a dream to have an adventure. I have not found earlier a circle of friends that would want to crawl down the ground, hide in barrels, run around carrying rifles and pretend to be in The Farm as CIA agents being trained...but now I did (my special someone included...wink!)! And its amazing that we have this craving to try paint balls. Its fun to play them as a group fronting our laptops, but I bet it will be a blast to do such in real life! Soon!!! Actually there will be an upcoming "long weekend" which I am looking forward to. And how nice it would be to finally make this craving happen!!!

What do we need? First off, we've got to find the best place to do this...and the paintball gears that we will be needing of course! It would be awesome to do this in a forest-like place, so I guess we'll head out in the country side.

WRONG! You can! I can, in fact I did!

TIME is the essence. You can’t hurry the process, because healing and moving on takes time. You can look back at your past as a learning endeavor. You can both reminisce and mess about it. Can even lightly recount the positive and negative outcomes of previous reactions, approach, behavior or feelings. This can be another advantageous sport to life’s tribulation.

But with this comes open-mindedness, sensibility,… even humor to fate. And believe me, it’s rewarding! The friendship that will come of it is something to treasure. Because you’ve been more than friends with them before, and you both know each other more than any common friend does. You’ve been through rough times…and being friends now meant you survived it!
